Scholarships for Deaf Children

Imagine you were born deaf. You can’t hear. You can’t speak. You’re lost and alone. Unless you go to a special school like the Paul VI Ephpheta Institute in Bethlehem! There, the Sisters of St. Dorothy open the ears of deaf children by teaching them to read lips and speak. And it works. Since 1971, the Ephpheta Institute has provided thousands of youngsters with the ability and confidence to participate in their communities. The sisters asked CNEWA this year for 108 scholarships. Can you give a deaf child the opportunity to go to school?
